Portrait Lighting

This is my image that portrays 'split' lighting. As you can see from the image there is shadow on the right side of her face and lighting on her left. 

Broad lighting is represented here. 

This is one of my favourite images I have taken today. This represents 'Butterfly'. The light is placed above the subject to create a butterfly like shadow below the nose. 

The 'loop' technique is used to create this image. The light is placed to the side of the subject to create a loop on the nose. This image is very up-close and striking. 

This last image represents 'rembrandt'.  There is a triangle like shadow to the left of the face.
